Surf & Beers - 12.Sep.2026

We will be meeting up for a surf session on the Sunny Coast. After the session, we will enjoy each others company with some craft beer from Brouhaha Brewery.

This gathering is inspired by Ollin: the Aztec-Mexica concept of movement, transformation, and renewal. Ollin reminds us that the world is always in motion.
Nothing stays fixed. Everything is shaped through movement, pressure, struggle, and return.

Water changes form without losing its nature. It shifts with wind, tide, swell, sandbank, and current. Surfing is a practice of adapting to that constant movement.

• Join together in community for a surf session and beers on the Sunshine Coast to connect through movement, water, and good company.

• Scientific evidence links social connection and community participation with improved mental and physical health and lower risk of premature mortality. This might be offset depending on how many beers you have. Be balanced y’all!

• A casual beach gathering and group surf session. A booking will guarantee you one beer. We’ll surf and hang out on the beach together. There will be additional beer to purchase. All levels are welcome, but this is not a formal surf lesson, so please surf within your ability and comfort level.

• MODERATE

• The STOKE, surfboard, wetsuit or rashguard, towel, water, sunscreen, snacks, a koozie (if that’s your thing)

• 1 craft beer from Brouhaha Brewery

• Photos of yourself ripping! (if the light and timing allows)

• Additional beer for purchase

• Glassy peelers (god willing)

• Good company :)
