How to measure
Waist: Measure around your waist where the waistband will sit. Keep the tape flat, but not tight.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam: This is the inside leg length of the shorts. All sizes have the same inseam: 23.5 cm / 9.25 in.
Fit advice
Choose your size based on your waist and hip. If you are between sizes, or if your waist fits one size but your hip fits the next size up, choose the larger size for more comfort.
For a locked-in compression fit, choose your usual size. For less squeeze around the thighs and seat, size up.
