Hip-hop dance is rooted in culture, community, music, and self-expression. In this session, Maisy will guide participants through foundational hip-hop movements, helping you build confidence with rhythm, coordination, and freestyle expression.
This is an invitation to move, learn, and connect through one of the most influential movement cultures in the world.

Maisy Robson (@maisyrobson) will lead an introductory hip-hop dance session focused on beginner-friendly fundamentals. Expect to explore basic grooves, musicality, coordination, and freestyle-based movement in a relaxed and supportive environment.
All levels are welcome — from complete beginners to experienced dancers.
Maisy’s Bio: Maisy has a fiery passion for ocean conservation and is undergoing her Masters in Ecology. Maisy’s end goal is to ultimately combine science with the arts to help educate others on sustainable change. Maisy utilises her talents; dance, art and writing to promote environmental messages, in hopes to create a better and brighter future.
